Flint is a job search platform based in the Netherlands, built by five trainees and one project manager as our final project. As we're all navigating the job market in this shifting landscape, we wanted to create a platform that would help us.
The name Flint comes from the hard stone that was historically struck to create fires. In a similar vein, our platform creates a spark for your new role.
Everything Flint can do, in one place. Search for roles, save the good ones, and jump straight to the employer when you're ready.
Life can get busy sometimes. Keep the jobs that catch your interest for when you have the time for them.
Coming soon: tell us your skills and where you'd like to work, and Flint will put the best matches first.
Flint is for everyone. Labelled controls and keyboard navigation make it work just as well with a screen reader as with a mouse.
Our database is refreshed every day, so new postings show up as soon as they land.
Search by role, skill, company or location. Your next job is out there somewhere; let's find it.
Flint is built for the open web, using open-source frameworks and libraries. Check us out on GitHub.
Five trainees across frontend, backend, and data, guided throughout by Jana, our volunteer project manager and the reason any of it shipped on time. We all come from different backgrounds and careers, and Flint is what happened when we put all our ideas together. Say hello on LinkedIn — we're all job hunting too.
Three tracks, one app: the site you're reading, the API behind it all, and the pipeline that keeps the jobs coming.

Flint was made in four weeks as our final project for the HackYourFuture programme. A big thank you to the HackYourFuture team for their support, the tech leads who helped shape this project, and every instructor and volunteer mentor who guided us along the way.
Shout out to the rest of Cohort 55!
